Got to Brog about 1ish and quickly rigged the 5.4. Got out on the Axxis 100l, but really wanted to get out on my wave board for the 1st time in ages. But the advice was it was not quite enough and there were too many holes to make it worth while.
I'm a bit rusty so it took me a few tries before I got jybing properly. The water felt really icy today, and very "hard" too. I did some good turns and controlled OK. As the wind died impressed myself with my control on the board. I must have learnt a few things over the summer!
There were about 7 or 8 there when I arrived. Neil, Geordie and Colin were all zippin about. By 3 there was only me and a couple of others.
